Preparation Manuscripts should be typeset in English with double spacing by using AMS-LaTex. The authors should use the TMRG style file that has been developed for LaTeX2e standardand can be found at
We strongly recommend the authors to submit papers to AOT after preparing them in the style of the journal.
The AOT is an author-prepared journal which means that authors are responsible for the proper formatting of accepted manuscripts by using the style file of the AOT. The authors should carefully take care of the following items in their manuscripts:
Abstract: The abstract should number no more than 200 words and include no reference citations.
2010 Mathematics Subject Classifications: Include only one Primary classification; if applicable, apply at least one Secondary classification. At least one of the Primary or Secondary classifications should be in MSC46 (functional analysis) or MSC47 (operator theory).
Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords that best describe the subject of the paper.
Authors: Provide full names, mailing addresses, and e-mail addresses for all authors within the paper. Only one author should be the corresponding author.
Figures and supplemental files: Provide all figures and any other supplemental files needed to process the paper.
Typesetting environments: Typeset each theorem, proposition, corollary, lemma, definition, example, etc. in its respective environment, such as begin{theorem} . . . end{theorem}.
Margins: A long formula should be broken into two or more lines. Extra line and word spaces in the text should be removed.
Tags (formula numbers): Equations in the text must be labeled by label{A}. References to them must be typeset using eqref{A}. Unused tags must be removed. Manual numbering of equations or sections must be avoided.
Acknowledgments: Place acknowledgments, if there are any, near the end of the paper, preceding the references.
References: Use cite{B} to refer to the specific book/paper “B” in the text. Remove unused references. References should be listed in alphabetical order according to the surnames of the first author at the end of the paper and should be cited in the text as, for example, [2] or [3, Theorem 4.2].
Citations: The number of papers/books in the list of references must be at most 1.5 times the number of pages of the paper. The total number of self-citations must be at most 0.4 times the number of pages of the paper
Acknowledgement of the receipt and the notification of the editorial decision on publication will be sent by the system via email. All editorial correspondences should be addressed to the editor-in-chief at moslehian@yahoo.com
By a submission to AOT the corresponding author confirms that
(i) All (co)authors of this manuscript have agreed to its submission to this journal, if there is more than one author.
(ii) All (co)author(s) are responsible for its content and its originality.
(iii) Some portions of the results/data/figures in the manuscript have NOT been published or are under consideration for publication elsewhere.
(iv) The submission has not already been submitted or published and while it is under consideration in this journal, it will not be submitted or published elsewhere.
(v) Unexpected withdrawal requires the approval of the editorial office.
Referee process (Peer Review)
This journal uses single-blind peer review,in the sense that the reviewer name(s) will not be revealed to the author(s).
Submitted papers must be correct, original, nontrivial, and well written in the scope of journal, and with deep results. If the language used is very poor, then the manuscript will be rejected. A submitted paper will be refereed in the traditional way by at least one referee. AOT tries to make the decision within 3 months after submission, but this primarily depends on the referees. If you have not received a notice of the decision after 4 months, you may contact the editor in chief by e-mail. If necessary, the corresponding author will be asked to revise the manuscript according to the referee report(s). The editorial board reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the wording in a manuscript.
Galley proof
The page proofs of each paper will be sent to the corresponding author, who is responsible for checking and approving the article on behalf of all coauthors. A limited number of typographical corrections are anticipated and extensive revisions may be reviewed again.
Frequency One volume per year consisting of 4 issues from 2017.

Publication charge
There is no publication charge associated with this journal for authors.
Copyright By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their article is transferred to the publisher, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication. The published articles are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial.
The Tusi Mathematical Research Group (TMRG) is obliged to assist the math community in publishing ethics. No paper that has been previously published, that has been copyrighted, or that is being considered for publication elsewhere, should be submitted to the AOT. Nor may a paper that is under consideration by the AOT be submitted elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the authors confirm that there is no plagiarism and duplicate submission.
Advances in Operator Theory complies with the International Mathematical Union's Committee for Electronic Information Communication (CEIC) Recommendations on Information and Communication: Best Current Practices for Journals (endorsed by the IMU General Assembly 16 August 2010).
Competing interests: The authors (including editors) should declare that they have no competing interests, when they submit their papers to AOT. Conflicts of interest are those which may be financial or non-financial and may be viewed as exerting an undue influence on the presentation, review and publication of their work.
Journal’s criteria for authorship
Our criteria to be credited as an author are
Having substantial contribution to the paper;
Making Revision of paper for intellectual content;
Approval of the final version.
Publication Agreement:
If the paper is accepted, as a condition of publication, the Author hereby grants and assigns to Tusi Mathematical Research Group (TMRG), under the terms set forth below, any and all rights covered by the Copyright Law of the United States and those of all foreign countries in and to the above-named article, including subsidiary rights and rights in any medium now known or hereafter discovered. The Author also hereby guarantees that this article contains no matter which can be construed as libelous or as infringing in any way on the copyright of another party, and that he or she will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TMRG against all suits, proceedings, or claims that may be taken on the grounds that said article is in such violation.
TMRG, as assignee, grants to the Author the right to use his or her article for the following noncommercial purposes: the right to make and distribute copies in the course of teaching and research; the right to quote from the article in any book or article that he or she may later write; the right to photocopy the article for his or her own use, including use in his or her own classes; the right to post the Author’s own versions (but not official journal ‘s versions) on the Author’s personal website, in the Author’s university repository, in arXiv and in other open access repositories (noncommercial, and must not directly compete with TMRG), with copyright and source information provided along with a link to the published version as soon as it is available; and the right to republish the article in any book he or she may write or edit after the journal has appeared. In case of republication, notice of previous publication in Advances in Operator Theory, and that it is republished by permission of TMRG, must be given.
The (corresponding) Author will be given an opportunity, and a reasonable amount of time, to read and correct either the edited manuscript or proofs, depending on the journal’s customary procedure; but if these are not returned to the Editor-in-Chief by the date specified, then production and publication may proceed without the Author’s corrections. For diagrams or illustrations used in the article, the Author agrees to furnish digital files satisfactory to TMRG’s production department. The Author further agrees to reimburse TMRG for the cost of any alterations TMRG must make on such digital files. In addition, the Author agrees to be responsible for composition charges incurred when his or her changes made to typeset proofs affect, as an average, more than three lines per page.
